This page explains how to delete data associated with Cultivation Sect Simulator (Chinese title: 云水有归处; package name com.jcgame.shanmenzhiwai.global), provided by jcgame.
1. Delete One or More Local Saves
Open the Game’s save-slot screen and use the Delete action for each save slot you want to remove. This deletes that slot’s locally stored progress. Other device preferences, consent choices, and SDK data may remain.
2. Delete All Local App Data
On Android, open Settings → Apps → Cultivation Sect Simulator → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Menu names vary by device. You can also uninstall the Game. Either action removes the Game’s local saves and preferences from that device.
The Game is configured not to permit standard Android app-data backup. A device manufacturer, migration tool, or operating-system service outside our control may nevertheless retain a copy. Review and delete any such copy through your device and Google account backup settings.
3. Request Deletion From jcgame
You may email us to request deletion of personal information that we can reasonably identify and control. At present, the Game does not expose the Firebase Analytics app-instance identifier needed for jcgame to locate instance-level analytics records, so we cannot reliably identify those records from your name, email address, sect name, or local player identifier.
In your message, include:
- The Game name Cultivation Sect Simulator and package com.jcgame.shanmenzhiwai.global;
- Whether your request concerns support correspondence or another data category;
- A clear description of what you want deleted; and
- Any request identifier previously supplied by our support team, if available.
Do not send passwords, government identification, payment information, a copy of your device, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
4. What We Can and Cannot Identify
Because the Game has no account and does not upload your local save, an email address, name, local player identifier, or sect name normally cannot be used to find your game data or Google advertising records. Clearing storage or uninstalling is the effective way to delete local game data.
Firebase Analytics records identified only by an internal app-instance identifier cannot currently be matched to an email request through the Game. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to an individual or app instance also cannot be extracted or deleted as an individual record. If a future Game version provides a verifiable instance-level deletion method, this page will be updated before that method is offered.
5. Advertising Data and Privacy Choices
Advertising and consent information may be processed independently by Google and participating advertising providers. When Google requires the entry point, open the Game’s Chronicle → Settings → Ad Privacy Options control to review available advertising choices. Android settings may also let you reset or delete the advertising ID.
jcgame cannot directly erase information independently controlled by Google or another advertising provider. Review Google’s Privacy Policy, your Google account privacy controls, and the privacy information shown in the Game’s consent form for additional choices.
6. Processing Time and Limited Retention
We will acknowledge and respond to a verifiable request within the period required by applicable law. We may request limited additional information to verify the request or locate data, but we will not ask for unnecessary sensitive information.
Information that must be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or proof that a request was completed may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary. We will explain any applicable limitation in our response.
