These Terms govern your use of Tapventure Guild (package name com.tapmaker.idlerpg.global), provided by jcgame. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.
2. The Game and Local Saves
The Game is an idle role-playing game. This release does not require an account and stores progress locally. You are responsible for your device and backups. Clearing app data, uninstalling, changing devices, or technical failure may permanently remove progress.
3. Advertising and Virtual Rewards
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements. A virtual reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Virtual currency, heroes, relics, boosts, and other game items are licensed entertainment features, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable outside the Game.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Game unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights;
- Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game except where law expressly permits;
- Use automation, exploits, modified clients, or other means to manipulate ads, rewards, security, or game operation;
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with services, or attempt unauthorized access;
- Remove ownership, copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game and its code, artwork, audio, text, characters, designs, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to jcgame and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
6. Updates and Availability
We may update, balance, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Game, including features and virtual rewards. We do not promise that the Game or advertising inventory will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Third-Party Services
The Game uses services provided by Google, including Google Play and Google Mobile Ads. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, ads, availability, or practices.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jcgame will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption arising from the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, law, or services. We will publish the revised Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
12. Governing Rules
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
