This Privacy Policy applies to Tapventure Guild (package name com.tapmaker.idlerpg.global), referred to as the “Game,” and is provided by jcgame (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Information We Process
The Game stores progress, settings, tutorial state, and rewarded-ad state locally on your device. We do not operate an account system, game backend, or cloud-save service for this release, and we do not receive your saved game progress.
The Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for optional rewarded advertisements and Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent and privacy choices. Depending on your region, settings, device, and the ad served, Google and its advertising partners may process:
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address;
- Advertising, device, app, or other identifiers where available;
- Ad requests, impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion;
- Device, operating system, app version, language, network, and diagnostic information.
We do not ask Google to provide us with information that directly identifies you. Google’s processing is governed by its own policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
2. Why Information Is Used
- To save progress and preferences on your device;
- To deliver optional rewarded ads and grant an in-game reward only after completion;
- To request, record, and honor applicable advertising consent choices;
- To prevent fraud, maintain security, measure ad performance, and diagnose failures.
3. Legal Bases and Your Choices
Where applicable law requires consent for personalized advertising or related storage/access, the Game requests it through Google’s consent flow. You can review available advertising privacy choices from Settings → Privacy Choices when Google requires that entry. You may decline optional rewarded ads and continue playing without the advertised reward.
Your device settings may allow you to reset or limit the use of its advertising identifier. Availability and wording vary by operating system and region.
4. Sharing and International Processing
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising and consent data may be processed by Google and participating advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, security, and compliance. These providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, subject to their legal safeguards.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it. Third-party advertising providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, and consent settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Game’s limited data processing. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not maintain player accounts or receive local save data, we may not hold information that we can associate with you. Requests involving Google advertising data may need to be directed to Google.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy when the Game, advertising services, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and publish the revised Policy at this URL.
