These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Storage Auction: CargoLot (the “Game”), provided by jcgame (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. Permission to Use the Game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You do not obtain ownership of the Game, its code, artwork, music, text, characters, or other content.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Game. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. The Game is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, modified clients, or other methods intended to manipulate gameplay, advertisements, or in-game rewards.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Game or its third-party services.
- Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
4. Local Progress and Device Data
Game progress is stored locally on your device. The first release does not provide an account or cloud-save service. Clearing the Game’s storage, uninstalling the Game, losing access to the device, or certain device failures may permanently remove progress. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. We do not guarantee that local progress can be recovered.
5. Rewarded Advertisements
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements through third-party advertising services. The reward shown in the Game is granted only after the advertising provider confirms successful completion. Closing, skipping, failing to load, timing out, or otherwise not completing an ad may result in no reward. Ad availability can vary by region, device, consent choice, network connection, and provider inventory, and is not guaranteed.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
The first release of the Game does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If a future release adds paid products, the price and material purchase terms will be shown before purchase, and these Terms and the Privacy Policy may be updated as required.
7. Third-Party Services
The Game may rely on third-party platform and advertising services, including Google Play and Unity LevelPlay. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for a third party’s availability, content, or independent conduct, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Ownership and Feedback
The Game and all associated intellectual-property rights remain owned by us or our licensors. If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not give us rights in your personal information beyond those described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Updates, Availability, and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game, including gameplay, balance, content, advertising, or third-party integrations. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or error-free.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, material violations of these Terms, security risks, or discontinuation of the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jcgame and its licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Information processing related to the Game is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Game, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide any additional notice required by law. Your continued use of the Game after updated Terms take effect means that you accept them, where permitted by law.
