Delete your Storage Auction: CargoLot data
This page explains how users of Storage Auction: CargoLot (package name com.jcgame.jizhuangxiang.global) can delete locally stored game data or request deletion of other data associated with the Game. The Game is provided by jcgame.
Delete local game data
- Open Android Settings.
- Select Apps, then Storage Auction: CargoLot.
- Select Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage or Clear data.
You can also delete local game data by uninstalling the Game.
Send a deletion request
Email us with the subject Data Deletion Request – Storage Auction: CargoLot. State that you use Android and describe the data you want deleted.

- Your platform: Android;
- The type of request, such as deleting advertising-related or support-related information;
- A device or advertising identifier only if we later ask for it to locate relevant records.
Do not email us your password, payment-card number, bank information, or identity documents. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it. We normally respond within 30 days, or within the period required by applicable law.

- Clearing app data or uninstalling deletes locally stored progress, settings, privacy choices, and local rewarded-ad state from that device.
- Following a verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal information under our control that is not required to be retained.
- Where applicable, we will help direct the request to a relevant provider or explain how to use that provider’s deletion controls.
Data that may be retained
- The Game has no jcgame account or server-side cloud save to delete.
- Unity LevelPlay and its advertising partners may retain data under their own policies for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
- We may retain deletion-request correspondence for up to 90 days after closing the request to document completion, unless law or a legal claim requires longer retention.
- Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer identify you may be retained.
Third-party advertising data
You can reset or delete the advertising identifier and manage ad privacy settings through Android. Unity also provides privacy controls and request information under its own policy. Because third-party providers control their own records, they may need to handle a request directly.
