Privacy Policy for Storage Auction: CargoLot
This Privacy Policy applies to Storage Auction: CargoLot (package name com.jcgame.jizhuangxiang.global), referred to as the “Game,” and is provided by jcgame (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information is processed when you use the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
Information stored locally
The Game stores game progress, preferences, privacy choices, and rewarded-ad state on your device. We do not operate an account system or a server that receives your saved game progress, and the first release does not provide cloud saves.
Advertising information
The Game uses Unity LevelPlay mediation to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Unity LevelPlay and the advertising partners selected for an ad request may collect or receive:
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address;
- Device or other identifiers, including an advertising identifier where available;
- Ad interactions, such as ad requests, impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion;
- Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, network information, SDK errors, and performance events;
- Consent, opt-out, child-directed-treatment, or similar privacy signals where applicable.
Information you send to us
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this information to respond, provide support, protect the Game, and keep records where reasonably necessary.
Information we do not request
The first release does not include purchases, subscriptions, Google Play Games sign-in, or cloud saves. The Game does not request precise location, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, camera access, microphone access, health information, or files and documents from your device for gameplay.
2. How and Why Information Is Used
- To operate the Game, save progress locally, and remember preferences and privacy choices;
- To request, display, measure, and report optional rewarded advertisements;
- To verify ad completion before granting the advertised in-game reward;
- To diagnose errors, maintain reliability, secure services, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- To respond to support and privacy requests and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, and reliability. You may withdraw consent through available controls without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.
3. Third-Party Services and Sharing
Advertising information may be transmitted directly from your device to Unity LevelPlay and the advertising partner used for a particular request. Providers process information under their own policies. The provider used may depend on your region, device, privacy choice, and available ad inventory.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process or disclose identifiers and ad-interaction information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Some laws may treat certain personalized-advertising disclosures as “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising. You may use the choices described below where applicable.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the Game, or as part of a legally permitted business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
4. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
- You can choose not to request optional rewarded advertisements.
- You can use privacy or consent controls presented by the Game or its advertising providers.
- You can manage ad personalization and reset or delete the advertising identifier through Android privacy or ads settings.
- You can delete local game progress by clearing the Game’s app data or uninstalling the Game.
- You can follow our Data Deletion Request instructions to request deletion of other data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, object to or opt out of certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. Because the Game has no jcgame account or cloud save, we may not be able to identify data controlled by an advertising provider; requests concerning that data may need to be made to that provider.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s app data or uninstall it. We retain support or privacy-request information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, security, and fraud-prevention needs. Third-party providers retain and delete data according to their own policies. See our Data Deletion Request page for instructions and details.
6. Security and International Processing
We and our providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum age required in their country to consent to personal-data processing. We do not knowingly ask children for personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when the Game, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy here and update the date at the top. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the Game or another appropriate method.
