This Privacy Policy explains how jcgame (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the international version of Jade Cultivation, also known as 青岚问道 (the “Game”), and when you contact us or visit this policy website.

The Game uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google Analytics for Firebase is planned for a future update. The Firebase provisions below apply only when that feature is enabled in the version you use; they do not mean that the current version already collects Firebase analytics.

1. Information we handle

Local game data. The Game stores progress, character development, equipment, gameplay records, settings, and privacy preferences on your device. Saving this information locally does not by itself upload your complete save to us. Device backup or restore features may also retain a copy under your device or platform settings.

Advertising and technical information. Google AdMob may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it; advertising, app, or device identifiers; device and app information; interactions such as ad views and taps; and diagnostic information. These data support ad delivery, measurement, service reliability, and fraud prevention. The information processed varies with your device, the services used, and applicable privacy settings.

Privacy preferences. Advertising privacy messages, including Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where used, may process information needed to display the appropriate message and record or communicate your choices to supported services.

Analytics, when enabled. Google Analytics for Firebase may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, session activity, feature interactions, and gameplay events such as progression and reward use. Analytics can include coarse geographic information, such as country or region. We use these reports to understand use of the Game and improve balance, usability, and reliability. Event reporting is different from providing a cloud-save service. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, passwords, or complete support messages as analytics event parameters.

Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any screenshots, device details, or other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Why information is processed

To run the Game and remember your local progress and preferences.
To deliver and measure advertisements, verify rewarded-ad completion, and prevent invalid activity.
To understand gameplay and improve the Game when analytics is enabled.
To answer support and privacy requests, investigate issues, protect security, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in support and security, legal obligations, or consent where required, including for certain advertising and analytics activities. Providers explain their own processing and legal bases in their policies. Reading or accepting this Policy does not by itself give consent to personalized advertising.

3. Advertising, analytics, and your choices

Rewarded advertisements are optional: you can decline an offer and continue playing without receiving that offer's reward. Ad requests, permitted preloading, and related processing may occur before you decide to watch an ad. Declining a rewarded ad does not by itself stop every advertising-related data request.

Where consent or an opt-out is required, the applicable privacy messages and choices will be provided. Use the privacy options available in your version of the Game to review those choices. You can also manage your advertising identifier and available ad-personalization controls in Android settings or use Google's ad controls. Contact us if you need help locating a relevant control.

When Firebase Analytics is enabled, we will provide the applicable notice and any consent or opt-out controls required for that processing. Advertising choices and analytics choices can apply to different purposes; changing an advertising identifier does not necessarily stop analytics.

Withdrawing consent affects future processing that relies on it. Non-personalized or limited ads may still use information needed for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention where permitted. Changing choices or uninstalling the Game does not automatically erase information already held by us or a provider.

4. Third-party services and disclosures

The services covered by this Policy are:

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: advertising delivery, reporting, and fraud prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps and sites that use its services.
Google UMP, where used: privacy messaging and consent management, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics for Firebase, when enabled: usage measurement and product improvement. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and Google Analytics data privacy and security.
Email service providers: delivery and storage of communications you send to our support address.
GitHub Pages: hosting of this privacy policy and the linked data-deletion page, as described in Section 9.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related processing may fall within broader legal definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising in some places. Where those rights apply, use the available privacy controls or contact us to request assistance.

Information may be processed by providers and their authorized service providers or advertising partners for the purposes described here and in their policies, subject to applicable choices. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud, or maintain security. We will update this Policy if new services materially change how information is handled.

5. Retention and deletion

Device-local data remains until you clear the Game's storage or otherwise remove it. Android's Clear storage / Clear data option removes app-local progress and settings, including local save backups. Uninstalling also removes app-local data, but system backups may remain or be restored according to your device settings. An in-game progress reset may not clear every preference or backup.

Support records are retained only for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal, security, or dispute-resolution requirements. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Advertising and analytics data are retained according to the relevant service's policies and, where available, the retention settings for the service we use. When analytics is enabled, we limit retention to what is needed for the stated purposes. Data held by a provider is not automatically removed by clearing local game data.

See our Data Deletion Instructions for local deletion steps and how to request deletion of information processed by us or on our behalf. We will assess and handle valid requests, including requests that require use of provider deletion tools. Limited retention may be necessary for legal obligations, security, or disputes; we will explain any applicable exception.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including limiting access to support records and service accounts. Google Mobile Ads protects transmitted user data using TLS. Please protect access to your device and any backups. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Google, GitHub, and other relevant providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe their processing locations, applicable transfer safeguards, and available rights. Where a transfer requires additional safeguards under applicable law, those safeguards apply.

7. Children and families

We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13 or the applicable local age threshold. Parents and guardians should review the store's audience information and available device controls. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without the required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or other protective steps. A store content rating is not consent to personal-data processing.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. You may also have rights to opt out of certain advertising-related processing.

Contact us to exercise rights concerning information we hold or process through our service providers. We may request limited information necessary to verify and locate the relevant data, and will respond within applicable legal time limits. We cannot remotely erase data that exists only on your device. For data controlled independently by Google or another provider, you may use that provider's privacy request channels; we can help identify the appropriate route. You will not be penalized for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. This policy website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party fonts to these policy pages. The Game's AdMob and planned Firebase services are separate from this website. GitHub may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to provide and secure hosting. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

10. Updates and contact

We will update this page and its date when our practices change, and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. For privacy questions or requests, contact jcgame at qijiangyuan@gmail.com. Please use the subject Jade Cultivation Privacy.

2. 信息处理目的

运行游戏，保存本地进度和偏好。
投放和衡量广告，核验激励广告完成情况，防止无效活动。
在分析统计启用后，了解玩法使用情况并改进游戏。
回复客服和隐私请求、调查问题、维护安全及履行适用的法律义务。

在适用情况下，处理依据包括提供您请求的服务、客服与安全方面的合法利益、法律义务，以及依法需要的同意，包括某些广告及分析活动所需的同意。服务商在其政策中说明自己的处理方式和依据。阅读或接受本政策本身不代表同意个性化广告。

3. 广告、统计与您的选择

激励广告由您选择观看；拒绝后仍可继续游戏，但不会获得该次广告对应的奖励。广告请求、被允许的预加载及相关处理可能在您决定观看前发生。拒绝激励广告本身并不代表停止所有广告相关数据请求。

依法需要取得同意或提供退出选项时，我们会提供相应隐私消息和选择。您可以通过所用游戏版本提供的隐私选项查看这些选择，也可以在 Android 设置中管理广告标识符及可用的个性化广告控制，或使用 Google 广告控制。如需帮助查找相关入口，请联系我们。

Firebase Analytics 启用后，我们会为相关处理提供适用的告知及依法需要的同意或退出控制。广告选择和分析选择可能针对不同目的；更改广告标识符不一定会停止分析统计。

撤回同意影响此后依赖该同意的处理。在允许的情况下，非个性化或有限广告仍可能使用投放、衡量及反欺诈所需的信息。更改选择或卸载游戏不会自动删除我们或服务商已持有的信息。

4. 第三方服务与信息披露

我们不以金钱交换个人信息。某些地区对“出售”“共享”或“定向广告”的法律定义较广，广告相关处理可能属于这些定义。适用时，您可以使用隐私控制或联系我们协助行使相关权利。

服务商及其获授权的服务供应商或广告合作伙伴，可能按照本政策及其政策所述目的处理信息，并受适用隐私选择约束。我们也可能依法，或在维护权利、防止欺诈、保障安全确有必要时披露信息。新增服务导致信息处理发生实质变化时，我们会更新本政策。

5. 保存期限与删除

设备本地数据：保留至您清除游戏存储或以其他方式移除。Android 的清除存储空间／清除数据可移除应用本地进度及设置，包括本地存档备份。卸载也会移除应用本地数据，但系统备份可能按设备设置继续保留或被恢复。游戏内重置进度不一定清除所有偏好或备份。

客服记录：仅在处理您的请求及满足适用法律、安全或争议解决要求所需期间保留，不再需要的信息将被删除或匿名化。

广告与分析数据：依据相应服务的政策以及该服务提供的适用保留设置保存。分析功能启用后，我们将保存期限限制在实现所述目的所需范围内。清除本地游戏数据不会自动删除服务商已持有的数据。

本地删除步骤及向我们申请删除由我们或代表我们处理的信息，请参见数据删除说明。我们会核实并处理有效请求，包括需要使用服务商删除工具的请求。法律义务、安全或争议解决可能要求有限保留，我们会说明适用例外。

6. 安全与跨境处理

我们采取合理的技术和管理措施，包括限制对客服记录及服务账号的访问。Google Mobile Ads 使用 TLS 保护传输中的用户数据。请保护好您的设备及备份。任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。

Google、GitHub 及其他相关服务商可能在您所在国家或地区之外处理信息。其政策说明处理地点、适用的跨境传输保障措施及可用权利。适用法律要求额外保障的跨境传输将适用相应保障。

7. 儿童与家庭

我们不会明知而直接向 13 岁以下或当地适用年龄门槛以下的儿童索取个人信息。家长或监护人应查看商店受众信息及设备上的可用控制。如果您认为儿童未经所需授权向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会调查并采取适当的删除或其他保护措施。商店内容评级不代表同意个人信息处理。

8. 您的隐私权利

根据适用法律，您可能享有访问、更正、删除、获取副本、限制或反对处理、撤回同意及向数据保护机构投诉等权利，也可能享有退出某些广告相关处理的权利。

涉及我们持有或通过服务商处理的信息时，请联系我们行使权利。我们可能要求核实请求和定位相关数据所必需的有限信息，并在适用法律要求的期限内回复。我们无法远程清除仅存于您设备上的数据。由 Google 或其他服务商独立控制的数据，可使用其隐私请求渠道；我们可以协助识别适用渠道。您不会因行使适用隐私权利而受到惩罚。

9. 本政策网站

本网站托管在 GitHub Pages。我们没有在这些政策页面中添加广告、分析脚本、追踪像素或第三方字体。游戏的 AdMob 及计划中的 Firebase 服务与本网站相互独立。GitHub 可能为提供和保护托管服务处理 IP 地址等技术请求信息，参见 GitHub 通用隐私声明。

10. 更新与联系
