These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Idle Cultivation (the “Game”), provided by jcgame (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. Permission to Use the Game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You do not obtain ownership of the Game, its code, artwork, music, characters, or other content.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Game except where applicable law permits it.
- Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, modified clients, or other methods intended to manipulate gameplay, advertisements, purchases, or leaderboard scores.
- Interfere with the Game, Google Play services, advertising services, or other players’ use of the Game.
- Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
3. Advertisements
The free version of the Game may show advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads may grant the in-game reward described before the ad is shown. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region, device, network availability, and third-party provider.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
The Game may offer optional purchases and automatically renewing subscriptions through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, and available products are displayed by Google Play before you complete a purchase. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through the Game’s “Manage / Cancel” option or the Google Play Subscription Center.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law.
- Subscription benefits are limited to the benefits shown in the Game and may be changed only in accordance with applicable law and Google Play requirements.
5. Google Play Games and Leaderboards
The Game may use Google Play Games for sign-in and leaderboards. We may remove, hide, or disregard scores that appear to be manipulated, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these Terms or platform rules. Leaderboard availability and rankings are not guaranteed.
6. Updates, Availability, and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game, including gameplay features, advertisements, subscriptions, or online features. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jcgame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our processing of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
