This Privacy Policy applies to Idle Cultivation (the “Game”), developed by jcgame (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains how information may be processed when you use the Game.

Depending on the features you use and the third-party services available in your region, the Game or its service providers may process:
- Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, language, region, IP-derived approximate location, and device identifiers.
- Advertising identifiers and advertising interaction data, including ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, and ad measurement information.
- Gameplay and usage information, such as game progress, feature usage, session activity, and in-game events.
- Google Play Games information used for sign-in and leaderboards, such as a Play Games player ID, player display name, and submitted leaderboard score.
- Purchase entitlement information necessary to provide subscription benefits. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your payment card or bank-account details.
- Diagnostic and performance information that third-party SDKs may process to operate their services, prevent fraud, and improve reliability.
2. How Information Is Used
- To operate the Game and retain locally stored game progress.
- To provide Google Play Games sign-in and display leaderboard results.
- To show and measure advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial ads.
- To process subscriptions and restore purchase entitlements through Google Play.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Game uses Unity LevelPlay advertising mediation. Depending on the ad networks configured and available for a particular request, the following services may process information under their own policies:
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with these service providers only to operate the Game, provide advertising, process purchases, provide platform features, prevent fraud, or meet legal requirements.
4. Your Choices
You may reset or limit the use of your advertising identifier and manage ad-personalization settings through your Android device settings. You may also manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Some services may provide additional controls in their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the request where required.
7. International Processing and Your Rights
Third-party services may process information in countries other than your own. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information. Contact us to make such a request.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game after an update is subject to the updated Policy.
