Request deletion
These instructions apply to Knight’s Magic War by Riverstar Games (Android package com.jcgame.materialMagic.global). You may request deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the Game.
- Email qijiangyuan@gmail.com with the subject Knights Magic War Account Deletion Request.
- Include your in-game Player ID and server if you know them, and optionally your Google Play Games player name or ID. Specify whether you want to delete the entire account and associated data or only particular information. If you cannot find these details, contact us with the information you have so we can help locate the account.
- We will acknowledge your request, explain any verification needed to protect your account, and process it without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an expected completion time.
Never send your password, Google authorization code, purchase token, full payment-card details, or government ID.
What will be deleted
After verifying the request, we delete or irreversibly de-identify account bindings, player profile, progress, heroes, troops, skills, equipment, inventory, virtual currency, in-game mail, and other associated account data, subject to the limited exceptions below. We also address identifiable support and analytics records that can be linked to your request, including requesting deletion from service providers acting on our behalf where applicable.
Account deletion is permanent. It removes access to the account and its virtual items. You can separately clear local data in Android Settings → Apps → Knight’s Magic War → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling alone does not delete your server-side account.
Limited retention
We may retain limited purchase, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records where required by law or reasonably necessary for those purposes. Retention lasts only as long as the applicable obligation or purpose requires; access is restricted and the records are not used to continue gameplay. Information that has been irreversibly aggregated or de-identified may be retained.
Google account and payment records
This request deletes the game account, not your Google Account. Data independently controlled by Google Play or Google Play Games is subject to Google's own controls and retention rules. You can manage it through Google Account. Account deletion does not itself request or guarantee a purchase refund.

本说明适用于 Riverstar Games 的 Knight’s Magic War（骑士的魔法战争）（Android 包名 com.jcgame.materialMagic.global）。您无需重新安装或登录游戏即可提交请求。
- 发送邮件至 qijiangyuan@gmail.com，主题填写 Knights Magic War Account Deletion Request。
- 如您知道，请提供游戏内玩家 ID 和服务器，也可提供 Google Play Games 玩家名称或 ID。请说明要删除整个账户及关联数据，还是特定信息。如果无法找到这些资料，可提供您现有的信息，我们会协助定位账户。
- 我们会确认收到请求，说明保护账户所需的验证方式，并在无不当延迟及适用法律规定的期限内处理。如需更多时间，会解释原因并告知预计完成时间。
请勿发送密码、Google 授权码、购买令牌、完整银行卡信息或政府身份证件。
删除范围
验证请求后，除下述有限保留情形外，我们会删除或不可逆地去标识化账户绑定、玩家资料、进度、英雄、部队、技能、装备、背包、虚拟货币、游戏内邮件及其他关联账户数据。我们也会处理可与请求关联的可识别客服和分析记录，包括在适用时要求代表我们处理数据的服务商删除相关信息。
删除账户不可撤销，您将无法再访问账户及其虚拟物品。您可另行通过 Android 设置 → 应用 → Knight’s Magic War → 存储 → 清除数据，移除本地数据。仅卸载游戏不会删除服务器端账户。
有限保留
法律要求或相关目的合理必要时，我们可能保留有限的购买、会计、安全、反欺诈、争议或法律记录。保存期限限于相应义务或目的所需，记录受到访问限制，且不会用于继续提供游戏进度。已经不可逆汇总或去标识化的信息可能保留。
Google 账户与付款记录
本请求删除的是游戏账户，不会删除您的 Google 账户。由 Google Play 或 Google Play Games 独立控制的数据适用 Google 自身的管理和保存规则，可通过 Google 账户管理。删除账户本身不构成退款申请，也不保证获得退款。
