This Privacy Policy applies to Jade Master: Stone Reveal (package name com.jcgame.jademaster.global), referred to as the “Game,” and is provided by jcgame (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Game does not require an account or ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or email address to play. Game progress and settings are stored in the Game’s local app storage and are not sent to jcgame servers.

1. Information We Process

The Game stores game progress, virtual funds and rewards, unlocks, talent and membership progress, statistics, language, audio, vibration, tutorial state, and related settings locally in the Game’s app storage. We do not operate a player-account system, game backend, analytics service, or cloud-save service for this release, and we do not receive your locally saved game progress.

Your device or operating-system provider may include app data in a device backup if backups are enabled. Any such backup is controlled by your device, operating-system provider, and account settings, not by jcgame.

The Android version of the Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for rewarded advertisements and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent and privacy choices. The advertising SDK may initialize when the Game starts after applicable consent requirements are addressed, even if you do not choose to watch an ad. Depending on your region, choices, device, and the ad served, Google may collect or process:

Your IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers where available;
Product interactions such as app launches, taps, ad requests, impressions, video views, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion;
Diagnostic and performance information such as app or SDK launch time, hangs, crashes, and energy usage;
Device, operating-system, app-version, language, and network information associated with ad delivery and diagnostics.

We do not ask Google to provide us with information that directly identifies you. Google’s processing is governed by its own policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

2. Why Information Is Used

To save your game progress and preferences locally;
To deliver rewarded ads you choose to view and grant an in-game reward only after confirmed completion;
To request, record, and honor applicable advertising consent and privacy choices;
To deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and diagnose performance or ad failures.

3. Legal Bases and Your Choices

Where applicable law requires consent for personalized advertising, device storage or access, or related processing, the Game uses Google’s consent flow to request your choice. When Google indicates that a privacy-options entry point is required, you can review available choices from the Game’s Settings → Privacy → Ad Privacy option.

Watching a rewarded ad is optional. You can continue playing without watching it, but you will not receive the virtual reward offered for completing that ad. Your Android settings may also allow you to reset or delete the advertising ID or limit its use; availability and wording vary by device and region.

4. Sharing, Sale, and International Processing

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising, consent, diagnostic, and interaction data may be collected or processed by Google and participating advertising providers for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. These providers may process information outside your country of residence subject to their applicable legal safeguards.

5. Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains in the Game’s app storage until you clear its storage or uninstall it, subject to any device backup and restore settings you control. Third-party advertising providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, and consent settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review the matter.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Game’s limited data processing. Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is transmitted using encryption in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; receive a copy of certain information; or withdraw consent. Because we do not maintain player accounts or receive your local save data, we may not hold information that we can associate with you. Requests concerning data independently processed by Google may need to be directed to Google.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, advertising services, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and publish the revised Policy at this URL.
