Privacy Policy for Haven Afloat: Sea Survival
This Privacy Policy applies to Haven Afloat: Sea Survival (package name com.jcgame.moribinan.global), referred to as the “Game,” and is provided by jcgame (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information is processed when you use the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
Information stored locally
The Game stores game progress, preferences, subscription-entitlement status, and rewarded-ad frequency information on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your saved game progress.
Advertising information
The Game uses Unity LevelPlay mediation and Unity Ads to provide rewarded advertisements. These providers may collect or receive:
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address;
- Device or other identifiers, including an advertising identifier where available;
- Ad interactions, such as ad requests, impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion;
- Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, network information, and errors.
Purchases and subscriptions
If you buy a subscription, Google Play processes the payment. The Game receives product, transaction, purchase-state, and entitlement information needed to complete the purchase, restore it, and provide subscription benefits. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.
Unity In-App Purchasing may also process the email address associated with the store transaction, user and purchase identifiers, purchase history, approximate location, and technical information such as crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and device identifiers for app functionality and analytics.
Information we do not request
The Game does not request precise location, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, camera access, microphone access, health information, or files and documents from your device for gameplay.
2. How and Why Information Is Used
- To operate the Game, save your progress locally, and remember your preferences;
- To load, display, measure, and limit the frequency of rewarded advertisements;
- To process subscriptions, confirm entitlements, and restore purchases;
- To diagnose errors, maintain reliability, secure the services, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on your consent (for example, certain personalized advertising), performance of a contract, compliance with law, or legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, and reliability. You may withdraw consent through available consent controls without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
3. Third-Party Services and Sharing
Data may be transmitted directly from your device to the providers below. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The particular provider used may depend on your platform, region, device, and ad availability.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising providers may process or share identifiers and ad-interaction information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Some privacy laws may define certain personalized-advertising disclosures as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can use the choices described below where applicable.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users and the Game, or as part of a business transfer where legally permitted and subject to appropriate notice.
4. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
- You can manage ad-personalization and reset or delete the advertising identifier through your Android privacy or ads settings.
- You can use any privacy or consent controls presented by the Game or its advertising providers.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
- You can delete locally stored game progress by clearing the Game’s app data or uninstalling the Game.
- You can follow our Data Deletion Request instructions to request deletion of other data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, object to or opt out of certain processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. Because the Game does not use a jcgame account or cloud save, we may not be able to identify data held by an advertising or store provider; requests concerning that data may need to be made directly to the relevant provider.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s app data or uninstall it. We retain any information we receive only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention needs. Third-party providers retain and delete data according to their own policies. You may contact us to request deletion of any personal information that we control, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
6. Security and International Processing
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission where supported. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in their country to consent to personal-data processing. We do not knowingly ask children for personal information. If you believe that a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, contact us so that we can take appropriate action. If the Game is offered to children in a particular region, we will apply the consent, advertising, and other protections required there.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy here and update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through the Game or another appropriate method where required by law.
